Caleb Slain was recognized at age 19 for his dreamy tearjerker "The Lost & Found Shop." His first short documentary, "It Ainā€™t Over," premiered at SXSW, Telluride Film Festival and won Audience Awards at the Santa Cruz and Heartland film festivals. The following year, his 22-minute homage to the late Philip Seymour Hoffman was praised by TIME, NPR, Slate, EW and many more. His 2017 film "Demon" won best narrative short at the Oscar-qualifying Austin Film Festival, and he is presently producing multiple VR projects, including a collaboration with Eminem and a narrative mini-series on an unknown chapter in the life of Orson Welles.
